When getting to an appointment is difficult, I can help bring the notary appointment to you. Tell me what you need, and we’ll work through the next step together.

LET’S PLAN YOUR APPOINTMENT

Start with a few details.

Prepare your request below, then send it by text or through Mary’s secure contact form. Your appointment is confirmed only after Mary contacts you.

Use general descriptions only. Do not include documents, ID images or numbers, medical information, or a full street address.

For hospital and care-community visits, Mary will confirm facility access, signer willingness, communication needs, and witness arrangements before accepting the appointment.

APPOINTMENT REQUEST

Fields marked * are required.

Online requests are for availability updates only.

Preparing a request does not send it or reserve a time.

BEFORE WE MEET

A little preparation helps.

  1. Have identification ready.

Tell Mary what government-issued identification you can present. She will confirm acceptable identification before the visit.

  2. Bring your document.

Have the document ready and follow its signing instructions. Some acts require signing in Mary’s presence; confirm before signing. Mary cannot choose or prepare legal documents or select a notarial certificate for you.

  3. Plan for every signer and witness.

Tell Mary how many people will sign and whether the document calls for witnesses. Each signer must participate willingly. Witness requirements depend on the document.

  4. Confirm the visit and estimate.

Mary will confirm availability and provide an itemized estimate before booking. Any permitted travel or other separate charge will be disclosed for your agreement. Payment timing and any cancellation or rescheduling terms will be confirmed before you commit.
